D B Corp allots 2000 Shares under DBCL-ESOS-2008 Scheme

D. B. Corp Ltd has announced that, on October 14, 2010, the authorized members of the Compensation Committee of the company has allotted 2000 number of shares of Rs.10/- each on the exercise of 2000 stock options under the DBCL-ESOS Scheme 2008, to its employees covered under the scheme.

The existing Issued and Paid up Capital is 181524276 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each. The Shares allotted / increased by 2000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The revised Issued and Paid up Capital: 181526276 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.

The stock closed the day at Rs.276.75, up by Rs.3.35 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.280 and low of Rs.269.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.39 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.15 lakhs.
