Mudra Lifestyle to consider preferential issue on Oct 15, 2010

Mudra Lifestyle Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2010, inter-alia, to consider the matter of issue of the equity shares of the Company on Preferential basis and also as may be required, to fix up the date, time and venue of the Extra Ordinary General meeting of the members of the Company for this purpose.

The stock closed the day at Rs.56.95, up by Rs.2.35 or 4.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58 and low of Rs.54.25.

The total traded quantity was 23.96 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 9.74 lakhs.
