Decolight Ceramics to consider preferential issue on Oct 26, 2010

Decolight Ceramics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of Equity Shares on preferential basis under Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.9, down by Rs.0.13 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.25 and low of Rs.9.
