IDFC allots 81000 Shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on October 14, 2010, and allotted 81,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.208.75, down by Rs.3.75 or 1.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.215 and low of Rs.207.30.

The total traded quantity was 6.63 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.47 lakhs.
