Lincoln Pharmaceuticals to allot 50 lakh shares on Oct 15, 2010

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2010, to allot the 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at premium of Rs. 31/- per share on preferential basis to promoters and non promoters entitles.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.30, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.95 and low of Rs.44.40.

The total traded quantity was 0.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.42 lakhs.
