Shree Om Trades to consider fund raising on Oct 18, 2010

Shree Om Trades Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 18, 2010, inter alia, to consider, discuss and approve (1) the raising of funds through issue of equity shares on Preferential basis to Promoters and/or other investors, as per the applicable SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws and (2) to fix up the date, time and venue of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for this purpose.
