Shrenuj & Company allots 53250 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on October 13, 2010, allotted 53,250 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS - 2006.

Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 13,98,72,540 comprising of 6,99,36,270 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.50.55, up by Rs.0.45 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51.50 and low of Rs.49.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.44 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.39 lakhs.
