LKP Finance Grants 105000 Stock Options

LKP Finance Ltd has announced that the compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on October 12, 2010, granted 1,05,000 stock options under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2010 convertible into equal number of equity shares of the company at the average of the last 15 days closing price of the share on BSE less discount upto 5%.

The said options would vest equally over a period of 3 years as per the Employees Stock Option Plan 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.139.65, up by Rs.1.75 or 1.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.145 and low of Rs.138.

The total traded quantity was 0.42 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.77 lakhs.
