Easun Reyrolle to consider issue of 2 million warrants

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 11, 2010, has decided to recommend to shareholders issue of 2 million warrants (convertible into Equity Share of Rs. 2 each) to Company's Promoters on preferential basis in conformity with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.130.50, down by Rs.4.60 or 3.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.135 and low of Rs.130.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.38 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.80 lakhs.
