Almondz Global Securities allots 128200 Equity Shares on Exercise of Stock Options

Almondz Global Securities Ltd has announced that the compensation committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 08, 2010 has allotted 128,200 equity shares under 'Almondz Global Securities Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007', to the grantee employee of the Company.

Further, consequent to the abovesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is increased from 25,326,767 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each amounting to Rs. 152,140,602/- to 25,484,967 equity share of Rs. 6/- each amounting to Rs. 152,909,802/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.78.55, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.79.50 and low of Rs.78.40.

The total traded quantity was 1.12 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.89 lakhs.
