Marg allots 45610 Equity Shares under ESOP

Marg Ltd has announced that the Capital Issues and Allotment Committee, in its meeting held on October 12, 2010 has allotted 45,610 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 65 per share aggregating Rs. 75 per share under "Employees Stock Option Plan 2006" upon exercise of 45,610 options by the Employees on the cut off date, i.e., October 09, 2010 fixed for the above allotment.

The stock closed the day at Rs.219.35, up by Rs.3.20 or 1.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.242 and low of Rs.216.

The total traded quantity was 0.67 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.62 lakhs.
