Coromandel International Ltd has announced that the Share Transfer & Investors' Grievance Committee on October 11, 2010 allotted 77281 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid to the employees pursuant to ESOP 2007. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands revised to 140742643 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid amounting to Rs. 281485286/-.
