Spicejet allots 19370400 Shares

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company has on October 12, 2010 made allotment of 19,370,400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each consequent upon exercise of conversion option by FCCB holders.

The allottees include WLR Recovery III (India) Ltd. (737,920 shares), WLR Recovery IV/ESC (India) Ltd. (6,641,280 shares), India Asset Recovery Fund Ltd. (8,486,080 shares) and WLR / GS (India) Ltd. (3,505,120 shares).

The stock was trading at Rs.76.70, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.79 and low of Rs.76.

The total traded quantity was 17.20 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 30.37 lakhs.
