Edelweiss Capital allots 3000 Shares

Edelweiss Capital Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 11, 2010 has approved allotment of 3000 equity shares (1 equity share allotted for 1 option exercised) of face value of Re. 1/- each under the Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004.

The stock was trading at Rs.61.65, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.64 and low of Rs.61.20.

The total traded quantity was 5.87 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 33.35 lakhs.
