Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 148642 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on October 11, 2010 has allotted 1,48,642 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/05 : 1,32,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche) : 11,232 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) : 750 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/19 : 4,660 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.519.45, up by Rs.17.15 or 3.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.522 and low of Rs.506.95.

The total traded quantity was 1.13 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.32 lakhs.
