Uflex allots 706370 shares on Part Conversion of FCCBs

Uflex Ltd has announced that three FCCB holders have exercised the option to convert the FCCBs into equity shares to the extent of US $ 2,300,000.

Accordingly, in terms of offering circular, Company has allotted 706,370 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the FCCB holders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.229.35, up by Rs.9.25 or 4.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.235.40 and low of Rs.222.40.

The total traded quantity was 12.06 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.46 lakhs.
