HDFC allots 962345 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced the Corporation, on October 08, 2010, allotted 9,62,345 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 292,21,83,590 consisting of 146,10,91,795 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.717.85, down by Rs.8.85 or 1.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.732 and low of Rs.710.70.

The total traded quantity was 2.32 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.59 lakhs.
