Spicejet allots 500285 Equity Shares

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company has made allotment of 291,225 equity shares of Rs 10 each consequent upon exercise of options granted to employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 on October 06, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.80.85, up by Rs.3.60 or 4.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.80.90 and low of Rs.77.70.

The total traded quantity was 30.67 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 23.16 lakhs.
