Jalgaon Re-rolling to allot 463000 shares at Rs.43.20

Jalgaon Re-rolling Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2010, has decided to allot 4,63,000 equity shares on preferential basis @ 43.20 to person other than promoter.
