Vivimed Labs Clarifies regarding Allotment of Equity Shares

Vivimed Labs Ltd has now clarified with reference to the earlier announcement dated October 04, 2010, that 199,112 additional equity shares have been alloted as per terms of Offering Circular to bondholders of 2500 foreign currency convertible bonds, to correct the inadvertent error in determination of the number of equity shares alloted earlier on conversion of said bonds.

The stock closed the day at Rs.335.95, down by Rs.4.05 or 1.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.346 and low of Rs.334.30.

The total traded quantity was 0.51 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.75 lakhs.
