HSIL allots 11020887 Shares

HSIL Ltd has announced that the Corporate Affairs Committee of Board of Directors has issued and allotted on October 06, 2010, 1,10,20,887 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each, fully paid-up at a price of Rs.136.10 per share aggregating to Rs.1499.94 millions to Qualified Institutional Buyers in terms of Chapter-VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
