Prism Informatics converts CCDs into 144604 shares

Prism Informatics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 05, 2010, pursuant to approval of equity shareholders and Debenture holders 5,78,429 10% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of Rs. 100/- each have been converted into 1,44,604 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs. 390/- per share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.465. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.465 and low of Rs.456.

The total traded quantity was 6089 compared to 2 week average of 4554.
