Reliance Industries allots 391390 Equity Shares

Reliance Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 3,91,390 equity shares of Rs. 10/-each, on October 01, 2010 to its employees, pursuant to the Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1023.25, up by Rs.5.35 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1030.90 and low of Rs.1009.35.

The total traded quantity was 10.96 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.22 lakhs.
