Infotech Enterprises allots 149023 Shares upon Exercise of Stock Options

Infotech Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board has allotted 1,49,023 equity shares to the associates, upon exercise of the stock options under the Stock Option Plan of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.157.30, down by Rs.0.70 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.159.50 and low of Rs.155.

The total traded quantity was 5232 compared to 2 week average of 3608.
