Kosha Cubidor Containers to consider preferential issue on Oct 04, 2010

Kosha Cubidor Containers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 04, 2010, inter alia, to increase the Authorized share capital of the company up to Rs. 11 crores.

The Board will also consider issue of Equity shares or any other financial instruments on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.8.15, down by Rs.0.10 or 1.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.50 and low of Rs.8.15.
