KSK Energy Ventures allots 10 crore Compulsorily Redeemable Preference Shares

KSK Energy Ventures Ltd has announced that in terms of the approval of shareholders, the duly authorised Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 01, 2010, has issued and allotted 10,00,00,000 (Ten Crore) Compulsorily Redeemable Preference shares (CRPS) of face value Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 10 per share aggregating to Rs. 100,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Crore only) to L & T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd.

The stock was trading at Rs.178, up by Rs.4 or 2.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.183.50 and low of Rs.174.

The total traded quantity was 1.52 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.24 lakhs.
