Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide its Circular Resolution passed on September 30, 2010 has allotted 64,634,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio of 2 Equity Shares for every 1 share to such holders of 32,318,100 Equity Shares listed on Stock Exchanges whose name appears in the Register of Members as on September 30, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.84.50, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.85.45 and low of Rs.82.10.
