Cranes Software International to consider fund infusion on Oct 08, 2010

Cranes Software International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 08, 2010, inter-alia, to consider measures for infusion of funds into the Company / strengthening its balance sheet by way of the issue of rights shares / shares / warrants on Preferential Basis to promoters and / or a select group of persons on cash basis and / or other than cash basis and / or American / Global Depository Receipts / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds / Qualified Institutional Placement.

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.09, down by Rs.0.28 or 3.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.25 and low of Rs.7.96.
