Suryajyoti Spinning raises US$ 10 million through allotment of 10,000 FCCBs

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 16, 2007, has allotted 10,000 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds of US $ 1,000 each aggregating to US $ 10 Million.
