Control Print allots 54400 shares

Control Print Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 28, 2010, has made allotment of 54,400 (Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to 5,44,000/- fully paid up to the employees of the Company, on exercise of Option under Employees Stock Option Plan of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.51.35, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.50 and low of Rs.50.95.

The total traded quantity was 0.11 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.20 lakhs.
