Innovative Tech Pack approves issue of 686500 shares

Innovative Tech Pack Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 27, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved the issue of 6,86,500 equity shares to shareholders who hold shares as on record date i.e. September 17, 2010, pursuant to reduction and consolidation of equity shares.
