Grasim Industries allots 200 Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

Grasim Industries Ltd has announced that the Shareholders Grievance/ Allotment & Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 200 (Two Hundred only) Equity Shares on September 22, 2010 under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006. The said 200 Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2174.20, up by Rs.15.50 or 0.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2196 and low of Rs.2154.

The total traded quantity was 0.17 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.22 lakhs.
