Polaris Software Lab allots 21500 Equity Shares under ASOP Schemes

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholder's Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated September 17, 2010 allotted 21,500 equity shares to the employees of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan 2003.

Further the Company has informed that under ASOP 2004 Scheme, 3000 shares were transferred to 1 (one) Associate pursuant to exercise of options granted to them.

The stock closed the day at Rs.169.85, down by Rs.3.80 or 2.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.175.60 and low of Rs.168.

The total traded quantity was 0.80 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.84 lakhs.
