Tech Mahindra allots 1083395 equity shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on September 21, 2010 for issue and allotment of a total of 1,083,395 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants.

1,000,000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2004 (ESOP 2004) and 83,395 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

The stock was trading at Rs.801, up by Rs.13.05 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.812.75 and low of Rs.792.

The total traded quantity was 2494417 at an average price of Rs 805.01.
