Indo Rama Synthetics to consider raising additional capital on Sep 25, 2010

Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 25, 2010, to discuss and decide raising of such additional Capital through issuance of further Securities in the Company either as Rights Issue or through preferential route or in such other manner as the Board may decide.

The stock was trading at Rs.41, up by Rs.2.30 or 5.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.75 and low of Rs.38.50.

The total traded quantity was 192423 at an average price of Rs 41.38 resulting in a turnover of Rs 79.62 lakhs.
