ICICI Bank allots 315651 Equity Shares

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 315,651 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on September 20, 2010 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.1124.45, down by Rs.3.95 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1135 and low of Rs.1105.50.
