Choksi Laboratories allots 8 lakh warrants

Choksi Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2010 has allotted 8,00,000 convertible equity warrants on preferential basis in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20.55, down by Rs.0.60 or 2.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21.30 and low of Rs.20.55.

The total traded quantity was 3755 compared to 2 week average of 14249.
