Net 4 India approves preferential issue to QS India Hosting

Net 4 India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2010, have approved the Preferential Allotment of 693,620 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each per share for cash at a premium of Rs. 106 per share to M/s. QS India Hosting, Mauritius.

The Board also approved Publication of Advertisement for acceptance of deposits from the Public.

The stock closed the day at Rs.146.70, down by Rs.1.20 or 0.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.154 and low of Rs.146.40.

The total traded quantity was 0.53 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.61 lakhs.
