Sakuma Exports to issue 2.4 million shares

Sakuma Exports Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2010 has approved the issue of 24,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis to investors at a price to be determined as per ICDR regulations.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20, down by Rs.0.25 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.50 and low of Rs.20.

The total traded quantity was 8885 compared to 2 week average of 12145.
