Elder Pharmaceuticals opens QIP issue

Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2010, inter alia, approved the opening of the QIP Issue on September 17, 2010 and the closing thereof on September 21, 2010.

In accordance with the ICDR Regulations the floor price of the QIP Issue be Rs. 414/- per share and thus the price band for the purposes of the aforesaid QIP issue fixed at Rs. 415/- to Rs. 419/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.414, down by Rs.2.20 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.423.50 and low of Rs.411.

The total traded quantity was 45562 compared to 2 week average of 47452.
