SJ Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2010, has allotted 3,55,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 106/- each aggregating to Rs. 107/- each to other investors (Non Promoters) on preferential allotment basis in accordance with the resolution passed by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on September 04, 2010.
