HDFC allots 686010 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation, on September 15, 2010, allotted 6,86,010 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 291,82,56,780 consisting of 145,91,28,390 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.701.90, up by Rs.20.30 or 2.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.707.25 and low of Rs.679.30.

The total traded quantity was 3.35 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.17 lakhs.
