Oriental Bank of Commerce raises Tier I perpetual Bonds worth Rs 300 crores

Oriental Bank of Commerce has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated August 31, 2010 and September 03, 2010, that the issue of raising 9.05% Tier I Capital Perpetual Bonds (having call option after 10 years and with step up of interest to 9.55% after 10 years) was open from September 06, 2010 to September 13, 2010 and was Fully subscribed to the extent of Rs. 300 crore.

The stock was trading at Rs.463, down by Rs.2.80 or 0.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.473.60 and low of Rs.459.65.

The total traded quantity was 0.63 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.80 lakhs.
