Compucom Software approves issue of 6 million shares, 2.5 million warrants

Compucom Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 09, 2010, inter alia, considered and approved, issue of 7,50,000 Equity Shares and 25,00,000 Convertible Warrants to promoters and 52,50,000 Equity Shares to persons other than promoters on preferential basis, subject to approval of shareholders in Extra-ordinary General Meeting.

The Board scheduled Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders to consider the preferential issue of securities on October 25, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.36.75, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.80 and low of Rs.36.50.

The total traded quantity was 3.77 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.45 lakhs.
