Wipro allots 11997 Equity Shares

Wipro Ltd has announced that administrative Committee of the Company's Board of Directors vide Circular resolution dated September 09, 2010 resolved to issue and allot 11997 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.

The stock closed the day at Rs.407.90, down by Rs.2 or 0.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.413.50 and low of Rs.405.60.
