Sakuma Exports to consider preferential issue on Sep 15, 2010

Sakuma Exports Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 15, 2010, inter alia, to consider the issue of equity shares on preferential basis.

The Board will also consider the convening of Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

The stock was trading at Rs.20, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21 and low of Rs.19.70.
