Sturdy Industries to issue convertible warrants

Sturdy Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2010, discussed and decided to issue convertible warrants to promoter and non promoter category on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.5.81, down by Rs.0.27 or 4.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.29 and low of Rs.5.70.

The total traded quantity was 1.55 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.83 lakhs.
