Automotive Stampings extends the date of redemption of the Preference Shares

Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd has announced that the holder of 90,00,000 12% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares in the Company has consented to the extension of the date of redemption of the preference shares upto December 31, 2010; other terms and conditions of issue remaining unchanged.

Further the Company has noted that, these preference shares are not listed and are privately held.

The stock closed the day at Rs.133.30, up by Rs.0.50 or 0.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.136 and low of Rs.132.80.

The total traded quantity was 3859 compared to 2 week average of 13860.
