Zensar Technologies allots 17800 Equity Shares under ESOS

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees at the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted Fully paid up 17,800 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the employees.

The stock was trading at Rs.173.65, down by Rs.1 or 0.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.178.10 and low of Rs.172.

The total traded quantity was 7173 compared to 2 week average of 20830.
