Ultratech Cement allots 920 shares under ESOS

Ultratech Cement Ltd has announced that the ESOS Compensation Committee has on September 07, 2010 allotted 920 equity shares of Rs. 10/- of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,40,21,468 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,74,02,14,680/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.993.70, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1016.70 and low of Rs.975.05.

The total traded quantity was 0.39 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.34 lakhs.
